Join us for The Harvest Ball, a special evening celebrating the farmers, chefs, volunteers, supporters, and community partners who make Equal Plates Project's work possible.

Together, we'll honor the power of local food to strengthen our community while raising critical funds to provide fresh, nourishing meals for neighbors experiencing food insecurity across Western North Carolina.

Your evening includes:

  • A farm-inspired dinner crafted by Equal Plates Project chefs alongside talented local guest chefs, including Chef Taylor Montgomery, 2026 James Beard Award Winner for Best Chef: Southeast, and Chef Elana Pearlman of Piccolina.

  • Two drink tickets, good for beer, wine, and cocktails

  • Live music by Jackson Grimm and Clint Roberts of Holler Choir

  • An exciting live and silent auction featuring unique local experiences and packages

  • An opportunity to raise your paddle in support of our mission

Attire: Farm Formal
Think boots, bow ties, florals, denim, and your best dressed up for the farm look!

Every ticket purchased helps transform locally grown ingredients into nutritious meals for children, families, seniors, and neighbors in need all while supporting the local farms that make this work possible.

Come celebrate the incredible people behind every meal, invest in a more connected community, and help us ensure that everyone has access to fresh, locally sourced food.

We can't wait to celebrate with you!
