We are committed to fully supporting our local farmers.

For a viable local food system to exist, we must pay farmers fairly.

For a just food system to exist, we must approach local food as a human right.

To make all plates equal, we are building a new paradigm for sharing food.

Our farm partners include:

Our farm partners are eager to share the fruits of their labor. But sustaining a small farm business means farmers are often asked to share their “seconds” with groups in need. And that smart no-waste philosophy is a sound one.

But our approach is different. We believe it is important to pay farmers market-rate for their highest quality products.

Our model is an unprecedented, sustainable opportunity for farmers to share their “firsts” with vulnerable neighbors.

This creates an entirely new dynamic. Our local farmers arrive at our kitchens proud to share their most tender greens, their biggest garlic heads, and their juiciest heirloom tomatoes.

Our farm partners are gratified seeing the same produce they sell to top chefs going into meals for the community.
